COGNICA’s Matrix service has been used to deliver O&M information for Severn Trent Water’s Capital Programmes for almost ten years. COGNICA works closely with Severn Trent Water's framework contractors and suppliers to ensure the information provision process operates as efficiently as possible.

COGNICA has, for a number of years, provided Sembcorp Bournemouth Water with an accessible electronic operation and maintenance manual service. The system, NaviGo, covers nearly all of Sembcorp Bournemouth Water’s sites and is updated directly by a local administrator using a comments and edit facility.  The NaviGo system operates on a Microsoft SharePoint platform to increase the flexibility of the system for the client. 

The SharePoint delivery model has given Sembcorp Bournemouth Water a sustainable and robust application that will meet the company's information delivery needs for many years to come.

COGNICA has been working with Bristol Water to manage the delivery of all asset related information.  Following the success of the Sembcorp Bournemouth Water model, Bristol Water has also adopted a SharePoint platform for their document delivery.
