Building on our relationship with Shepherd Construction and two new projects this year, Loughborough University and Hope Academy, COGNICA is now engaged on the Holland Park School scheme collating and delivering the necessary information for the hand-over of the Health and Safety File and O&M Manuals.
The new school at Holland Park in London is a £60m project on behalf of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and will deliver some 1800 pupil spaces. The high specification finish will include pool and sports hall facilities. The project started on site in June 2010 and final completion is expected in July 2012. Following completion of the main build there will be a subsequent phase to demolish temporary classrooms and to complete sports areas. The demolition and sports phase is due to complete in May 2013.
