COGNICA is pleased to be working with Wates on two new projects.
John Billam Resource Centre in Brent, North West London is being constructed by Wates, a new build school built over two storeys. Work started on site late summer 2011 and is due to complete by the summer of 2012. COGNICA are managing the delivery of the H&S File for the school and in addition a Building Log Book will also form part of the delivery.
In addition COGNICA has been awarded a contract with Wates to manage and deliver the H&S file and O&M Manuals for the fabric and services of a Research Building that they are constructing on behalf of Brookgate. The £26m project will start on site shortly and is expected to complete in November 2012.
