COGNICA is pleased to be managing and delivering hand-over Building Manuals comprising the Health and Safety File and O&M manuals for two new construction clients.
Clugston Construction are constructing the The Hub in County Durham, a new community resource facility on behalf of the Teesdale Community Resources Group. The project started on site in November 2009 and is due to complete in October 2010.
SizeBreed Construction is completing a contract for a high specification residential property in Kensington. The company took over the project in May this year and work is due to complete by the end of August.
Several of our existing clients have also recently awarded us new contracts:
- EDUCO UK a Costain / Ferrovial JV, - Phase 2 of a BSF project, four secondary schools in Bradford.
- Wates Construction - Marsh Farm Children’s Centre in Luton.
- Kier - Refurbishment of two wings of HMP Lewes, near Brighton
